He is Educationist, Author, Entrepreneur & Business Development Consultant Whose Mission is to equip individuals with knowledge, skills, mindset shift , and resilience to create sustainable enterprise that transform families, strengthen communities and contribute to national development.

Ms. Sandra Samba

Secretary

Ms. Sandra Samba is an educationist and counsellor with over 15 years of classroom teaching experience, holding advanced qualifications in Counselling Psychology from the University of Ghana (MPhil, M.Ed. in Guidance and Counselling, plus a degree and diploma in Basic Education). She is passionate about empowering women and children, and works as an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) practitioner alongside her counselling and teaching roles. She volunteers with the Ghana National Association of Certificated Counsellors, the Ghana Psychology Council, and the Ghana Education Service, and is fluent in Dagaare, Twi, and English.

Evelyn Darlington Kreponi

She is an entrepreneur whose mission is to empower young people, promote entrepreneurship, and contribute to sustainable job creation.

Shine Dewovo

Member

Shine Dewovo is an Education Development Specialist with over 15 years of experience in teacher training, curriculum design, and child safeguarding across Ghana's education sector. Shine has led national initiatives including MGCubed, Train 4 Tomorrow, and the Ghana Education Outcomes Project, and is a recipient of the Neogenics EDUCOM Innovative Digital Teacher Award. Shine currently serves as National Curriculum and Training Advisor for the Ghana CPD Review Programme.

Ing Charles Dzikunu

Board Chair

An electrical engineer and business executive with over 30 years of experience in power transmission, distribution, and network operations across VRA, GRIDCo, and NEDCo. Currently Partner/Director at AT Consult and Managing Director of JIKS Engineering & Consultancy Services. Holds a Commonwealth Executive MBA from KNUST (Kumasi, Ghana) and an MSc/BSc in Electrical Engineering from St. Petersburg State Technical University, Russia.

He is a Development Consultant who has over 20 years of experience and the CEO of Rapid Scale Consult.
